red monster

Ive woke up this morning looking like a red scaly monster today think im having my secondflair before tthe first is even over the sleeping tablets of the docs were crap I took 3 in the end and still took me ages to fall asleep once sleep came though it was a deep sleep of about 6ish hrs so better than I have been getting but not what I expected to happen :0(
I seriously cannot wait for the day I get my first break it will be a joyous day haha as atm I just seem to be going from bad to worse
